Middle school students are preparing to embark on LYA's twelfth Israel Experience. Students and parents fund-raised the necessary funds for their trip. Students are preparing for the trip by learning about the land of Israel and its holiness. Some goals of the LYA Israel Experience are:

Build a strong connection between the students and Israel
- Compliment the well rounded education of LYA
- Provide a hands on learning experience
- Teach the students about Israel
- Provide a fun trip
LYA wishes to thank the community, all of the parents and students for their assistance in making our Israel fund-raisers such a success. LYA also thanks the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and Jewish Endownment Foundation for Israel scholarships.
